The Storyverse Twitter Giveaway #9 (“Promotion”) is sponsored by StoryverseCo Inc. (“Sponsor”). Eligible individuals may enter for a chance to win a PLOT, as described below.

How to Enter

The Entry Period begins at 7.50 a.m. PDT on Sunday, May 15, 2022, and ends at 7.50 a.m. PDT on Monday, May 16, 2022. 1 winner will be randomly selected among entrants who complete all of the following steps within the Entry Period:

  1. Follow the @storyverse_xyz and @ymhnft Twitter account
  2. “Like” and Retweet the @ymhnft tweet announcing this Promotion on Twitter
  3. In the Retweet:
  • Tag 3 friends

Eligibility

  1. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A valid Twitter account is required to participate.
  2. You must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry.
  3. This promotion is offered worldwide, except where prohibited by law. Afghanistan, Algeria, Bangladesh, Belarus, Burma (Myanmar), Central African Republic, China, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Egypt, Ethiopia, Hong Kong, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Macao, Mali, Morocco, Nepal, Nicaragua, North Korea, Qatar, Russian Federation, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen, and Zimbabwe are currently excluded. We reserve the right to amend this list at any time.
  4. Sponsor’s determinations as to eligibility are final and binding.

Limit

Completing all of the steps listed under the “How to Enter” section of these rules is equivalent to one Entry. Limit one Entry per person. Any Entries submitted in excess of the limit stated above, or the use of multiple Twitter accounts to enter above the stated limit, may be disqualified in our sole discretion.

Drawing & Prize Details

  1. One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing, from among all eligible Entries, conducted on or about 8 a.m. PDT on Monday, May 16, 2022. The odds of winning a prize will be determined by the number of Entries received.
  2. The winner will be awarded one (1) PLOT NFT. The prize will be delivered electronically to the winner’s designated blockchain asset wallet as described below.
  3. Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize: $280 USD.
  4. We reserve the right to change any prize to one of equal or greater value.
  5. The winner is responsible for payment of any costs associated with the acceptance of the PLOT, including tax or other expenses.
  6. The winner is not entitled to any surplus between actual prize value and stated prize value.
  7. Prize is non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash.

Prize Conditions

  1. The potential winner will be mentioned in a tweet by the @ymhnft Twitter account announcing the results of the drawing. To claim the prize, the potential winner must send a direct message to @storyverse_xyz within 48 hours of this tweet and follow instructions to provide all requested information, including a blockchain asset wallet capable of receiving the prize.
  2. The potential winner must have a valid blockchain asset wallet capable of transacting in Ethereum at the time the PLOT is minted and transferable within two weeks of May 16, 2022.
  3. If the potential winner fails to respond, or is not able to meet the requirements described here, we may at our sole discretion deem the potential winner disqualified and the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner.

Additional Terms & Conditions

  1. By entering, except where prohibited by law, you grant us and our agents permission to publish your Twitter handle, profile picture, and entry content in any media in perpetuity for advertising, publicity, and operation/administration purposes.
  2. This promotion, and the use of any Storyverse website, forum, or product and our use of any user-generated content is also governed by the Playco Terms of Service and the Privacy Notice. Use of PLOTs is further subject to the Storyverse Plot Terms, which will be disclosed upon transfer of the PLOT to the winner.
  3. If this promotion is not capable of running as planned, we reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion, or any part of it, and select winners from among all otherwise eligible entries received prior to the cancellation.
  4. Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the contest if it believes, in its sole discretion, that malfunction, error, disruption, or damage is impairing or will impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion. Participants agree to be bound by these rules and all decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Disputes are governed by the laws of the State of California, and will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, California.
  5. You release Sponsor and each of their respective affiliated companies, equity holders and all of their employees, officers and directors, agents, or heirs, from any liability whatsoever, on any theory, and waive all claims and causes of action arising from or related to your participation in this Promotion, and you agree to indemnify such parties against all claims, liability, losses, damages, and expenses arising from your negligence or willful misconduct, use or misuse of any prize that may be won, or your breach of any of the representations and warranties contained herein.
